My goal is to help people fall in love with their food. I want to inspire the world to start making healthier choices, and I believe in giving the world what it needs to do just that.

That is why I am working on educating the community about the parts of health that they maybe don't understand yet. â€‹I teach people about the life and energetics of the plants that they consume every day (and the effects that these plants can have on our bodies!). I teach people how to create healthy, nourishing meals for you and your family. I teach people how to grow their own food in my gardening workshops. I teach people how to really connect with their bodies and selves in our meditation workshops. I teach people the movement patterns and breathing strategies that will make a profound impact on how they feel and function. I teach people how to heal and come away from whatever they are dealing with stronger, healthier and more vibrant than they ever dreamed!

Join us for our New Year, New You Detox!

Our New Year, New You Detox is custom designed for each person. You will received individual food recommendations that are put together with your unique body's constitution in mind. Your Ayurvedic constitution plays a huge role in how well you feel and function, so your plan is put together with that as the highest consideration. You will never eat things you don't like, and you should never feel restricted.

Instead, you will feel clean, focused, energetic and have a much better sense of flow. You will eat delicious, nutrient-dense food and drink revitalizing, nourising teas and juices. You will learn more about how breath heals, how vegetables are not the enemy, and how your body wants to be nourished.

About me

Sustainable & healthy living advocate

In all honesty, the reason why I became a nutritionist in the first place was because I wanted to get paid to play with my food! But after I went back to school for Holistic Nutrition, I quickly fell in love with the healing power of food and everything about it. 

​

I have been using that education to teach people to achieve amazing, vibrant health through using WHOLE things (whole foods, whole breaths, wholly-focused movements...). My specialty is helping stroke and brain injury survivors to maximize their recovery using this approach. As a two-time stroke survivor myself, I know the importance of eating a healthy diet and living a healthy life!
