Challenge accepted!

I got into a very interesting conversation with one of my connections today - it was all about the difference between being fully plant-based versus a more flexitarian lifestyle. I tend to shift back and forth between the two, but most days, I will have a pretty hefty amount of protein from things other than plants,.

He challenged me to try going plant-based between Monday and Friday. Challenge accepted!! Bring it on! This sounds like a great way to really get the most out of spring, with all of its fresh fruits and veggies that start becoming available. I am excited for the challenge, and even more pumped because I know that I fall back into old habits way too easily... which is a pattern that I want to work on breaking as well!


This season is going to be a huge one of development, growth and change. I am excited to see where I will be at the next changing of the seasons when summer gets here!
