Goals for May 2024

You should all know me well enough by now to know that I like patterns and routines. Things that can be repeated without much effort make life go much smoother! That is why I keep my goal setting small - one week and one month at a time. And because it is the end of April, guess what time it is....
I have a few thoughts for goals for May. It's the official start of the weather feeling like spring, so a few of them are going to be garden-centric, with lots of time spent outside. Fitness is still a really big thing too, as is finding Zen. Finally, I just got a promotion at work! So thriving in that new role also is on the bucket list.
My circle has all been fantastic for keeping me accountable to these goals, so thank you all!
WORK: learn how to excel in this new role
FITNESS: increase reps at the gym by 50%, keep weight around 75-80%
FITNESS: pilates? Kickboxing? I am looking for some new challanges!
PERSONAL: continue my quest for Zen
PERSONAL: create my balcony for the year (build a shelf for my plants)
PERSONAL: walks with Alex daily
