March Challenge week #3

Sorry for the late post everyone, but what a crazy weekend! Between the Sportsmans Show on Saturday, time with friends and family, and an impromptu road trip north to Gravenhurst on Sunday, I did not have much time to pay attention to my nutrition for these past few days.


That’s why, for this week’s March Challenge, we are all going to try one new recipe sometime this week. Dreaming up something new to cook is a great way to ground yourself into the whole meal creation experience. This helps you to eat more mindfully.


You can even just change up the way that you make an old recipe, but you have to make it different somehow (change an ingredient… or try a new one! Try adding spices or herbs, or swap veggies for different ones).


Trying new recipes is a great way to expand your food horizons and maybe try something new.
