Throughout the month of March, Vita-Mentality is challenging you to DO BETTER, EAT HEALTHIER and DO MORE! So every week, I will be sharing a challenge for you to work on that week. Share your struggles, your successes and your pictures in the comments below!


This week, try adding one new food to your meals each day.


Maybe toss some arugula with some balsamic to add to your sandwich for lunch on Tuesday, or maybe see if you like goat cheese on your pizza on Friday. The options are endless! Be creative, try new things and dont't be afraid... you never know what you will end up loving.
