March Week 2 challenge!

We did it! Completed week 1, and tried a few new foods on top of that. Way to go!


This week, lace up those running shoes and hit the trails! The weather has been absolutely beautiful this year already, and so getting in an extra 1000 steps each day shouldn’t be hard for us. For most people, that is around one kilometre. Not bad when you think of how small that actually is! But just remember… YOU CAN DO IT! Check back mid-week for a recipe for a homemade muscle rub to relax those overworked leg muscles.
