Trying something a bit different

Guys, I am bored… with my cooking, that is! It just seems like I am always cooking the same dishes, week after week, and I am quite honestly ready for something new.
But where to start?? There are so many options out there for different techniques, flavours, ingredients and even regions of the world where recipes come from, I have been pretty overwhelmed trying to figure out what to do.
Well, I think I found something today. It combines my love of sourdough bread with my boyfriend’s love of beef. We both love curry, so I think that this recipe will be a win all around!
These don’t seem to take as long to make as many traditional sourdough recipes as well, so that is also pretty exciting. The ingredients are nice and simple and most people probably already have them in their kitchens. It looks like this should come together easily and relatively quickly, and cooking it is as easy as popping them into a steamer. Easy!
So I am super excited to try making these over the weekend, and will report back after I have tried them. Wish me luck!
